• Added save function for volume and on-screen controls
• “Phew” now spelled correctly in level 1 dialogue
• Added scrap piles so levels can always be completed
• Added more junk pile variations

I've added scrap  piles so anything with a scrap requirement can always be completed even if a little slower. The scrap piles simply spawn a single scrap after 20 seconds when no scrap is touching it. This can possibly be exploited but at the moment I can't see anything wrong with that.
